We do not in any way share this information with sources outside our agency or the insurance companies through which we may secure coverage. The information obtained will be used to compute an insurance score and to determine eligibility based on past claims experience. Your social security number, date of birth, drivers license number and address are the primary pieces of information that allow us to obtain required information.
